Twinkles will help any struggling single mother regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, language, geography, or any other differentiation created by humanity. If the angelic Volunteers of Twinkles and the mother can work together within the laws of the countries involved, Twinkles will be there to help her get back on her feet.
EVERY mother deserves respect and dignity- period.
We understand that every dollar 'stolen' by a bad actor is a dollar that did not go to help a deserving, struggling, single mother. To that end, several crystal clear guidelines must be followed and checks and balances are built into the process. No effort is spared to ensure that the limited resources are deployed in the most deserving cases.
Despite all the vigilance and best efforts, it is possible that a fake case that steals from the foundation could squeak through. Perhaps there is no solution at present for that- other than that person must still live with their choices in life and that is between them and their God. What we cannot let the villains do is stop us from doing so much good for so many deserving mothers.
It is of paramount importance that everyone at Twinkles is committed to transparency and accountability so volunteers and donors give their time and monies with confidence, knowing their contribution is helping struggling mothers gain self-respect and dignity.
